Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a General Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients, contributing to the overall well-being and health outcomes of our community.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to the hospital's general medicine department.
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Monitor and manage the ongoing care of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to deliver coordinated and multidisciplinary care.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to accurately document patient care activities and maintain up-to-date patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional development, staying abreast of latest medical advancements and evidence-based practices.
Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Postgraduate qualification (MD or equivalent) in General Medicine.
Prior experience working as a General Medicine Physician in a hospital setting is preferred.
Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
