A leading healthcare institution in Malappuram, Kerala, is seeking a skilled and passionate Neurologist to join our team. As a Neurologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the nervous system.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose neurological disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform neurological tests and procedures such as EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Stay updated on advancements in the field of neurology through continuous learning and participation in conferences and seminars.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
Valid medical license to practice in Kerala.
Proven experience working as a Neurologist, preferably in a hospital setting.
Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
